Allow multiple signature entries

For workorders & checklists allow multiple signatures. Scenario - for large projects, there are multiple operators/ground workers that need to sign off on the work order & checklist. At this time, I'm having the employees sign within the same box, making it nearly impossible to confirm who has signed, and who has not. It is a matter of liability for the checklists and possible push back on invoicing.

Bulk Crew Check in/ Check out

It would be great to have modifiable crew lists assigned to our crew leaders which are able to be checked in with the press of 1 'check in crew' button. Maybe a dropdown menu with our crew leaders listed? At the end of the day another button 'check out all' to check out all employees on that site with one press.

It would be great if the Check in allowed for multi-selecting employees so that our foreman could quickly select everyone who is checking into a project at once and check them all in at the same time. Combining this with a short list of employees who have recently checked into the job would help this be even faster. At the end of the day it would be great simply hit a button that simultaneously checks out all employees who are checked into the job.

Auto populating information in the work notes field.

While it’s displayed in Servicebox, unfortunately it doesn’t not carry over into alternative systems when we export the data as it doesn’t appear within the note as needed. What we would like ideally is if this information could auto-populate as part of the actual Work Note, before whatever information is entered by the representative. The Date, Followed by Technician: and the Name of the Rep Entering the Note Example: November 26, 2025 – Technician: Kate

Have incorrect field highlighted or marked at the top when completing Checklist

Is there a way to highlight on the Check Lists what the actual problem is? When the guys can't close a workorder because it says there's something done incorrectly in the "Check List" portion we go in to look at it to fix it so they can close the workorder, but it is way too difficult to figure out what the problem is. If the incorrect portion was in red or something it would be easier to rectify rather than guessing which one it "could" be? Thank you so much.

Color category showing on work order

Is there a way to show the work order color categories to show on the main work order page for the techs to easily identify categories like 'priority customer' or other category based on different businesses.

NFC Check in and Check out of work orders

Open

The ability to open a work order and have all the crew members tap their phone/fob to the crew leader's to check in when they arrive and to check out when they leave.
