Allow a feature to duplicate a checklist

It would be nice to click a button like "duplicate" on a checklist and have a new checklist open with the same data and make smaller changes to it .

Inventory items

There should be a way to make inventory items that are unused or unavialable or cannot be deleted, inactive so they do not show up in searches.

Combine jobsites if duplicates created

Open

It would be great if there's a way to combine jobsites if duplicates are accidentally created. Currently, if the original jobsite is deleted, we lose the original work notes and checklists, even if the work order is copied across beforehand. This would help keep our customer profiles streamlined if duplicate jobsites or customers are accidentally created.

User access to invoices

It would be helpful if there was a filter to limit a users access to invoices based on customer type (i.e. Individual or Company field or Category field). Our technicians will need access to residential invoices to add services but do not require access to commercial invoices.

Additional Placeholders for Day Before Email

Currently available placeholders are as follows. Company Logo Company Display Name Company Address Work Order # Customer Reference Employee Display Name Employee Picture Scheduled Employee Names Scheduled Employee Pictures Customer Display Name Job Site Address Job Site Address Line 1 Start Time Work Description Additional options (i.e. Schedule Date, etc.) and a knowledgebase article explaining exactly what information and from where all placeholders are pulling, for all email types, would be helpful. Currently it's only the Quotes Tab - Settings Configuration article that explains the placeholders in detail.

Auto Populate Logged in User's Email for Email Templates

Currently when using email templates the logged in user's name and email address do not auto populate as it does with the default email for both Work Orders and Invoices. You must enter both the name and email of the sender manually. We would like to request these fields be automatically populated for templates as well.

Add download button alongside print button on invoices

It would be good to have a download button alongside the print button. Currently, it is necessary to select 'Print' first and then download the PDF.
