It would be great if when a tech adds an attachment to a work order it automatically is attached to the customer or job site. Then if they add photos on a specific work order, the next time the we are called to that site the photos would all be in once place rather than having to look up the old work order.

Agreed, but better would be the ability to assign the photo to a UNIT.

I have to disagree with this. There is no guarantee that two work orders at the same job site are for the same scope of work. This change would attach a lot of useless photos that don't apply to the new scope of work, and it would take more time to sort those than to just type the old WO#.
