Auto populating information in the work notes field.

While it’s displayed in Servicebox, unfortunately it doesn’t not carry over into alternative systems when we export the data as it doesn’t appear within the note as needed.
What we would like ideally is if this information could auto-populate as part of the actual Work Note, before whatever information is entered by the representative.
The Date, Followed by Technician: and the Name of the Rep Entering the Note
Example: November 26, 2025 – Technician: Kate
