Automatic email when order is scheduled

When an Work order is scheduled, customer should be able to recieve and automated email with the date and time order was scheduled for, en route email settings can be modified to send an email when order has been scheduled, but not date and time of appointment appears; specially when cutomer gives you an open window to schedule the appointment they want to know the day and time it was picked. Currently I have to manually text all my customers for when was they appointment scheduled.

We have 'day before notifications for this'. It doesn't send the email when scheduled but x number of days before the scheduled time.
