Move "Create Quote" link on App/Mobile Phones

When the technicians are using the software on their mobile phone the Create Quote link is above the the check in button. Often the technician clicks on the link by accident when they are checking into a job. Is it possible to move the link so it is not right above the Check in button?

I run into this a lot and can confuse the office when writing invoices. I mistakenly hit it a lot myself when working off the phone. our company does not even use the app.
