Prevent Auto Fill in quotes

when adding a new line item with a previously used description a list of query results show up below what was typed, regardless if you choose from the list or not when you advance to another field in the line item it auto fills the amount from the previous time that description was used causing errors in pricing if unnoticed.

Hi Rob, if you select 'add new' at the top of the list or press escape it should prevent any autofill from happening.
