When there are customers with many sites that have different contact information for each site, it is quite a journey for the technicains to locate the numbers. From the WO they would have to click "View Site" > then click "Details" > then click "Contacts" tab > then manually type in the number to call them because it is not click-able. It would be great to be able to have the contacts with click-able link numbers when you click the "View Site" on the WO and that bubble called "Job Site Summary" comes up. It seems there is space on there to add the primary contacts. In addition to that the "Contacts" tab on the Job Site should have the number be a blue click-able link.

Hi Sandra, we have the ability to add custom fields as 'customer contact link' fields to be able to add contacts from the customer into the workorder with links to call. We are going to be implementing a similar feature for jobsite contacts in the next week or two.
