Can we have different rules for closing work orders that apply different user levels. I need our Basic User to add pictures before they close a work order. But our Admin.User often invoices customer for work before the job starts, so we need to close work order without pictures.

We do have a feature that support can activate for you to allow overriding of closing requirements on a work order.
