ServiceBox 11.2 is here. We've worked hard to enhance the features you know and love:

• Revamped Timesheet List: We’ve introduced a new Timesheet List with a cleaner design, better spacing, and improved user guidance. The "Print All" button is now disabled until a specific user or period is selected, reducing confusion and improving the user experience. Improved validation ensures that all required fields are selected before proceeding with adding timesheets.

• Expense Accounts for Vendor Orders (QuickBooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop): When creating new items via vendor orders, you can now specify an expense account. This will automatically sync with your accounting software, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Auto-Generated Customer Account Numbers: ServiceBox now allows auto-generation of account numbers for new customers, ensuring a unique identifier for each client.

• Colons in Item Descriptions: You can now use colons (:) in item descriptions without validation errors. However, please note: if you’re using QuickBooks, we recommend avoiding colons as they may cause sync issues.
  
  If you're using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, we recommend not enabling this feature due to limitations in how QuickBooks handles colons. QuickBooks treats colons as special characters, which can cause errors during the sync.
  
  Users now have the flexibility to decide whether to include colons in item descriptions based on your integration needs. If syncing items and invoices to QuickBooks is a priority, we recommend not using them. Otherwise, have at it!  
  
  

• Updates
  
  Here's some new information on the updates you've been asking about:

  Mobile App Update: The ServiceBox mobile app has been upgraded to the latest Capacitor Package Android - 4.8.1827300 for better performance and stability.
  
  Sage 2025 Accounting Connector Update:
  From Monday, the ServiceBox connector will be updated to be compatible with Sage version 2025.0. This ensures smooth integration and improved functionality for users syncing with Sage.

  "Customer Category" in Import/Export:
  Earlier, the "Customer Category" column was noticeably missing when importing or exporting customer data via Excel in ServiceBox. Now, users can see the "Customer Category" column included in their imported/exported customer lists.
