ServiceBox 11.4 brings smarter scheduling, more flexible recurring work, and better visibility into emails and equipment usage. Here’s what’s new:

• Scheduler Enhancements
  Drag and drop work orders between technicians without opening the work order. Time slots remain the same unless adjusted manually.

• Recurring Work Enhancements
  Schedule specific users for recurring work—even if they aren’t the assigned user—and mark tasks as “All Day” with a checkbox.

• Email Tracking Visibility
  Email History (Email Replay) is now available for all customers. Check the status of sent emails (Delivered, Pending, Queued, Opened) directly from Quotes, Work Orders, Invoices, and Vendor Orders.

• Unit History Link
  Click the History link on a work order to see where a specific unit or equipment has been used. Sort by ascending or descending order for easy tracking across jobs.
